WINTER WORKOUT NEWS

We heard you loud and clear from our survey. We are happy to introduce to you a Winter Workout option!

Paramus Little League wants to see all our children perform their best and we believe PBI with all their professional baseball training experience can do that for all our kids!

This program is included as an add-on option for those who register and participate in the Paramus Little League In-Town 2022 season.
***You must be registered and paid for the in-town 2022 season prior to the first PBI lesson.***

All payments are due prior to the first lesson, if payment is not received, the child will not be able to participate in the workout until payment has been received.

PBI winter workout consists of 10 total lessons at 90 mins each group lesson. Group lessons are maxed at 20 per age group. New groups would open per age group if more than 20+ are reached.

Lessons will start 1/23/22 and run every Sunday morning (time TBD but anytime between 9a-6p depending on the number of groups).
Each lesson will consist of throwing, hitting, catching, pitching, and fielding.

You will be required to supply your child with a glove, bat and protective gear (athletic cup, chest protector, batting helmet).
